GEK TERNA S.A. – Credit Rating Update

GEK TERNA S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that, according to its contractual obligations deriving from the two Corporate Bond Loans (CBL 2020 and CBL 2021) that the Company has issued, amounting to five hundred million euros (EUR 500.000.000) and three hundred million euros (EUR 300.000.000) respectively, the credit rating of the Company has been reevaluated by ICAP CRIF S.A. as stable at the rating AA.

The ΑA-rating indicates very low credit risk and it is assigned to companies that are able to honor their obligations even under severe distressed conditions and therefore their credit worthiness is expected to continue to be high. Companies rated with ΑA are characterized by very strong financials, strong business growth and important market position.
