General Meeting of Athens Exchange

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Athens Exchange was held today, May 17th 2010. The AGM approved the annual financial report and the distribution of profits for the 14th fiscal year (1.1.2009 ? 31.12.2009). In addition, the AGM elected the new Board of Directors of the company. The BoD met after the AGM and was formed as a body. The term of office of the Board of Directors is two years.
