COSMOTE announces that the squeeze out for the remaining GERMANOS SA''s shares has been completed today by its 90% subsidiary, COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LIMITED (COSMOHOLDING).
As a result, COSMOHOLDING owns today 82,223,210 shares out of the 82,224,700 shares of GERMANOS S.A., i.e. approximately 99,998 % of Germanos SA''s share capital.
It is reminded that, following a decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of GERMANOS SA of February 9th, 2007, GERMANOS has filed a request with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission for the delisting of GERMANOS SA shares from the Athens Exchange.
