-    Change in the name of GREEK ORGANISATION OF FOOTBALL PROGNOSTICS S.A. (ISIN: GRS419003009) to “OPAP Holding Societe Anonyme” and its distinctive title to “OPAP Holding”.

Friday, February 27th, 2026
-    Share capital decrease of the aforementioned company, following the cancellation of 11,459,263 own ordinary shares.
