19 January 2007 - As part of the obligations of the Company to inform the investing public, Hellenic Exchanges SA announces the plan of intended corporate actions for 2007:

• Release of Fiscal Year 2006 Results: Thursday February 15^th 2007
• Release of First Quarter 2007 Results: Monday May 7^th 2007
• Annual General Shareholder Meeting: Wednesday May 9^th 2007
• Ex-dividend date: Thursday May 10^th 2007
• Dividend payout: Thursday May 17^th 2007
• Release of Six Month 2007 Results: Monday July 30^th 2007
• Release of Nine Month 2007 Results: Monday October 29^th 2007

The fiscal year 2006 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced at a later date) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The yearly briefing of analysts by the Company concerning the financial results, will take place on Friday February 28^th 2007 at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors.

The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company's website (http://www.helex.gr/) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (http://www.athex.gr/).
