HELEX - ASYK MERGER

Hellenic Exchanges Holding S.A. (HELEX) is announcing herewith that the procedure for the merger by absorption of its subsidiary company ?Systems Development & Support House of the Capital Market S.A.? was drawn to a close.

The Ministry of Development approved the aforesaid merger by its decision number K2-3091/18.3.2005 and on Friday, March 18, 2005, the pertinent registration of the said ministerial decision was carried out in the Official Register of Societes Anonymes.
