1 August 2006 - Hellenic Exchanges SA Holding (HELEX) announces that it has obtained 1.05% of the number of shares of "Athens Derivatives Exchange Clearing House" (ADECH). Following this transaction the direct and indirect participation of HELEX in ADECH is now 100%.
