Hellenic Mid & Small Cap Index Announcement

Following the «Viohalco S.A.» announcement of the results of the EGM, regarding the approval of the shareholders of the cross border merger transaction between «Viohalco S.A.» with Belgium incorporated «Viohalco S.A./NV» (by absorption of the former by the latter), «Viohalco S.A.» will be removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «AUTOHELLAS S.A.» with investability weight 100%.

The change will be effective from the session of Friday November 15, 2013
