1.The company ELECTOR S.A.(subsidiary company of Helliniki Technodomiki TEV S.A. -90% ) acquired the company HERHOF GmbH, which is based in Solms, Germany (a region near Frankfurt).

2.Helliniki Technodomiki TEV S.A. and ELECTOR S.A. have founded (50% each) the company HERHOF RECYCLING OSNABRUECK GmbH (HRO), which bought off a factory dealing with the management of urban litter, of an annual capacity of 90.000 tons in the city OSNABRUECK of Germany. The construction of the aforesaid factory will be completed by HERHOF by 31.01.2006.

These movements of Helleniki Tehnodomiki TEV - AKTOR Group are of strategic importance as they are aiming, on the one hand, to increase the Group's revenues abroad and on the other, to strengthen the Group's position, in the Environmental sector, which is constantly gaining ground, a sector where ELECTOR intends to utilize the already known innovative waste management technologies of HERHOF.
