The company "NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A." announces the incorporation and establishment of two new subsidiary companies:

1. The company with the dinstictive title "LAMDA COSMETICS LIMITED " and object the production and trade of cosmetics and the potential of expanding its activity in other countries beyond Greece. The headquarters of the new company is in Cyprus The share capital amounts to 20,000 euros, divided to 20,000 shares of nominal value of one (1) euro each. The only shareholder of the newly established company is the subsidiary of NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. with the title LAMDA COSMETICS SOCIETE ANONYME INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCE COMPANY OF CHEMICALS AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS.

2. The company with the dinstictive title "AGRO INNOVATION S.A." with object of activity the distribution of agrochemical products. The headquarters of the new company is in Paleo Faliro (34, Pentelis St.) The share capital of the newly established company amounts to 60,000 euros, divided to 60,000 shares of nominal value of one (1) euro each. The shareholders composition of the newly established company consists of : NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. with a 99.99% share of the share capital and LAMDA LAMDA S.A. with a share of 0.01%.
