1. BETANET S.A. reports increased financial results on a company and consolidated level for the first half of 2005. More specifically, the parent?s company turnover rose to 7,7 mil. against 7,02 mil. in the respective period of 2004 presenting an 9,68 % increase, while the respective consolidated turnover rose to 12,60 mil. against 12,1 mil. in 2004, increased by 4,13 %. Likewise the consolidated pre-tax profits for the first half of 2005 amount to 3,17 mil. against 3,03 mil., increased by 4,62 %.

2. In the field of new projects BETANET, has undertaken the following new private contracts : a) A 2,6 mil. contract with GOLF RESIDENCIES S.A. (a company of Sbokos family) for the construction of the bearing structure of 100 A' class furnished apartments and office facilities of company's new building complex in Hersonissos, Crete. b) A 1,5 mil. contract with " SERACOM INTERNATIONAL S.A." for the construction of 10.000 m2 storage facilities in Avlona, Attica to be used as distribution center of MICHELIN Tires. c) In the field of small and medium projects and since the beginning of June 2005, both BETANET and its subsidiary EKAT-ETAN have undertaken contracts for (17 ) projects amounted to 2,5 mil. Considering the above projects, the remaining backlog for the Group is exceeding the value of 35 mil.

3. Franchise network , both in Greece and Cyprus, is constantly developing, producing new fields of applications and sales for the Group.

4. BETANET's Research & Development department has designed a new type of prefabricated elements with a wide area of applications on buildings and infrastructure projects, details of which will be announced shortly.

5. Finally, BETANET's subsidiary EKAT-ETAN S.A., has issued a 6 year bond of total value 6 mil., to be used for refinancing short-term obligations (5 mil.) and working capital (1 mil.), guaranteed from the parent company and organized by ALPHA BANK.
