Pursuant to Article 282 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Article 24 of Law 3461/2006, J&P-AVAX S.A. announces the purchase of 542,196 shares of Athena SA at Euro 1.67 / share, for a total consideration of Euro 905,467.32, on 10.08.2007. Following the transaction, J&P-AVAX S.A. controls 70.65% of Athena SA s share capital.
