Pursuant to Article 282 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Article 24 of Law 3461/2006, J&P-AVAX S.A. announces the purchase of 34,116 shares of Athena SA at euro 1.67 / share, for a total consideration of euro 56,973.72 on 20.08.2007. Following the transaction, J&P-AVAX S.A. controls 71.26% of Athena SA's share capital.
