Citibank assigned to Inform Lykos the project "Card Fulfillment" for the Diners Club cards, reinforcing the successful cooperation of both sides started in 2002 with the printing of bank statements and credit cards billing. It is remarkable to note that Diners assigns for the first time to an outsourced partner, the personalization and total management of its cards. Inform Lykos collaborates with its subsidiary, IPS, in order to provide the design, the implementations and the support of the project.

Citibank, the largest financial organization in the world, with a leading position in the Greek market, managed until now, in its own premises and with its own equipment, all the services related to the card personalization of Diners cards. The increased complexity of this activity, the future replacement of today?s cards with the new microchip technology cards (EMV standards), the continuous specialization, which is required in this field and is not part of the bank's core business and finally the cost savings that are involved, made Citibank to take the strategic decision to outsource all the responsibility for Diners cards to a Trusted Third Party. "The effective project management" stated Mr George Voutas, General Manager of Operations and Technology of Citibank, "requires know-how and advanced technology in order to successfully respond to the market needs. Lykos Group has proved in the past that they can provide all the necessary guarantees to successfully fulfill our expectations."

Lykos Group took over the whole project "Card Fulfillment": printing of documents, envelope production, document personalization, card embossing, smart inserting, smart envelope categorization based on track and trace procedures of ELTA and finally, the delivery to the Post. "This cooperation with Citibank" stated Mr George Triantafillidis, Commercial Director of Inform Lykos, "gives us the opportunity to prove Inform Lykos' s ability to manage outsourcing projects that require advanced quality and high levels of security. I would also like to mention that the center of card personalization in IPS has been certified by Visa International & MasterCard."
