The Board of Directors of the company Michaniki SA announces that on 06.07.2007 were completed the sales of own common shares according to the Board of Directors resolution on 03.07.2007.
Specifically, 270.000 own common shares have been transferred trough the Athens Stock Exchange. The common shares have been obtained through the Athens Stock Exchange according to article 16 paragraph 12,13 of Law 2190/1920, implementing the decision taken on the General Assembly of Shareholders on 30.06.2006.
The average price sale of the abovementioned shares came up to 8,68 euro per share, whereas the lowest sale price assigned to 8,40 euro per share.
It has to be mentioned that the average price of possession of the 270.000 own common shares that MICHANIKI obtained, is 3,28 euro per share.
