ANNOUNCEMENT AUTOHELLAS SA

Information in accordance with codified law 3556/2007

Autohellas SA (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") would like to inform the public that in accordance with codified Law 3556/2007, the decision 1/434/3.07.2007 of the Greek Capital Market and codified Law 3340/2005, that on the 20^th December 2013, Theodore Vassilakis, the company s President of the Board of Directors, Eftichios Vassilakis, the company s Vice President and Managing Director, Emmanuella Vassilakis and George Vassilakis, both members of the Board of Directors, have transferred their total number of the company s shares for a total amount of Euro 53,703,468 to the Luxemburg based EU company MAIN STREAM S.A. controlled by Theodore Vassilakis as follows:

Mr. Theodore Vassilakis transferred 7,048,688 shares for a total amount of Euro 42,292,128, Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis transferred 539,466 shares for a total amount of Euro 3,236,796, Ms. Emmanuella Vassilakis transferred 1,155,378 shares for a total amount of Euro 6,932,268 and Mr. George Vassilakis transferred 207,046 shares for a total amount of Euro 1,242,276.  

Following the aforementioned transactions:

a)    Theodore Vassilakis participation percentage in the company has reached from 58.15% before the 20^th December 2013 (corresponding to the 7,048,688 shares and voting rights owned directly) to 73.84% (corresponding to the 8,950,578 shares and voting rights owned indirectly through the EU company MAIN STREAM S.A.)

b)    Emmanuella Vassilakis participation percentage has been reduced from 9.51%  (corresponding to the 1,155,378 shares and voting rights owned directly before the 20^th December 2013) to 0.
