The Board of Directors of the company ZENON S.A., with regard to the Rights' Issue of the company realized in favor of old shareholders of the company from 4.01.2006 until 18.01.2006, informs the investing public the following: a) 13.11% was subscribed by old shareholders, who totally paid the amount of EUR 908,939.68 (i.e. 243,032 new common registered shares), while 1,611,378 shares remained undistributed. The total number of undistributed shares, i.e. 1,611,378 new common registered shares, will be distributed at the sole discretion of the company's Board of Directors, in accordance with the authorization it has received from its Shareholders' Extraordinary General Meeting. It is noted that for the subscription of the above-mentioned shares , total funds amounting EUR 1,095,000 (i.e. 15.79% of the increase) have already been deposited to the special account of the company opened for the purpose of the share capital increase. Moreover, out of the EUR 1,095,000, EUR 300,000 come from the German Bank Berliner Freiverkehr A.G. (out of this amount EUR 100,000 on behalf of the company Value Invest Ltd.) and EUR 795,000 derive from ten Greek investors. The management of the company, within the next following days, will announce the subscription of part or all of undistributed shares by other investors. The new shares of the increase will be given to beneficiaries, in dematerialized form, via the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS), after the completion of all legal procedures. Finally, the date regarding the credit of new shares to the beneficiaries' accounts as well as their start date of trading on the ATHEX will be announced by the company via an announcement in the Press.
