ZINON S.A. with regard to its Share Capital Increase carried out in the form of a Rights Issue informs the investing public the following:

The amount of EUR 0.9 million, i.e. 13.11% of the Rights' Issue has been paid by the old shareholders of the company.

Funds amounting EUR 1.1 million, which correspond to 15.79% of the Rights Issue, have been deposited to the special account of the company (opened for the share capital increase). Out of this amount, EUR 300,000 have been deposited by the German Bank "Berliner Freiverkehr A.G.(out of this amount, EUR 100,000 were paid for the behalf of the company Value Invest Ltd) and EUR 795,000 by ten Greek investors.

Furthermore, four investors, of whom three foreign institutional investors, stated that they will participate in the distribution of undistributed shares.

Consequently, the share capital increase of the company in the form of a Rights' Issue was subscribed by 90.9%. On Monday, 6 February 2006, the Board of Directors of the company will convene in order to verify the share capital increase of the company. After the completion of the distribution of undistributed shares, the company will inform the investing public accordingly.
