PC SYSTEMS, following its' cooperation with ΜICROSOFT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, proceeded with the selection and installation of Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision, an integrated Information Technology System, at its headquarters in Athens, and also at the branch office in Salonica. The two parallel installations were completed simultaneously and operate officially as of 01/3/2005.

Specifically, through the use of the particular software, PC SYSTEMS aims to further automate its operational process, associated with its' financial procedures, the supply chain (use of barcodes and serial numbers), project and resources management, customer relations and technical support. PC SYSTEMS total workforce in Athens and Salonica comprises of 236 persons, among which the concurrent users of the system exceed 120 persons.

The installation of Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision, was an in-house process undertaken by the Business Solutions department composed by qualified Consultants and Developers. Taking under consideration the abovementioned, as combined with the company's peculiarities, make this installation one of the major and most difficult in Greece. To a large extend, this installation boosted the company's know-how and in particular that of the Business Solutions department, which is in the position to adjust and install the new Information Technology System based on the customer's needs and requests, aiming to improve quality and time of the services rendered.

PC SYSTEMS constitutes the basic business unit of the Pouliadis Group in the area of Systems Integration. The main areas of activity are associated with the design, sale, support, training and maintenance of information technology systems, the provision of high-tech services in the areas of IT and telecommunications, systems integration and production of professional software.
