According to the provisions of the articles 275, par. 9d and 10, as well as article 292 of section 4 of the ATHEX Regulation, as for the Special Obligations of companies with shares listed in the category of Big Capitalization, the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. announces that the plan of intended corporate actions for 2007 is the following:
A) The Annual Financial statements will be on the A.S.E. website and on the company''s website on March 30, 2007, by the closing of the ATHEX trading session, and will be released on the press on March 31, 2007.
B) The Analysts'' briefing on the Company''s FY 2006 results will take place on Monday, April 16, 2007.
C) The Company''s Ordinary Shareholders Meeting will take place on Friday, June 22, 2007.
D) The Ex-dividend date for the year 2006 will be on Wednesday, June 27, 2007. Eligible to receive FY 2006 dividend are the company shareholders by the closing of the ATHEX trading session as of June 26, 2007. It is clarified that the Ex-dividend date, precedes temporally the July derivative expiration, in the prices configuration of which, the share of ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. participates.
E) The FY 2006 dividend payment date for the year 2006 will start on July 5, 2007. The company will issue a newer announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
