Thursday 22/03/2007: Conference Call for the FY 2006 Results
Wednesday 30/05/2007: Release of First Quarter 2007 Results
Wednesday 06/06/2007: Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting
Monday 11/06/2007: Ex-dividend Date (eligible to receive FY 2006 dividend payment are the shareholders by the closing of the ATHEX trading session on 08/06/2007)
Tuesday 19/06/2007: FY 2006 Dividend payout
Thursday 23/08/2007: Release of Half Year 2007 Results
Wednesday 21/11/2007: Release of Nine Month 2007 Results
OPAP S.A. would like to clarify that the announcement of the results will take place after the end of trading session of the Athens Exchange on the company''s website ( www.opap.gr) and on the ATHEX website and the following workday they will be published to the press.
Payment of the dividend will be processed through a paying bank, according to ATHEX Regulation. Further information will be announced by a following company''s press release.
