Internal Transfer of Senior Executives

19 December 2006 - The Board of Directors of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A., at yesterday's meeting decided, within the overall framework of the reorganization of the Group with the goal of further developing and optimizing the operational level of its organizational units, to redistribute the responsibilities of its top executives as follows:

Mr. Nikolaos Konstantopoulos assumes, as of 1.1.2007, the position of General Director of Corporate Operations of the Company, in place of Mr. Gikas Manalis.

Mr. Sokratis Lazaridis assumes, as of 1.1.2007, the position of General Director of Clearing, Settlement and Registration of the Company, in place of Mr. Nikolaos Konstantopoulos, while at the same time maintaining under his responsibility the Technological Systems & Services Directorate of the Company ATHENS EXCHANGE S.A., and

Mr. Gikas Manalis assumes, as of 1.1.2007, the position of General Director of Financial Markets of the Company ATHENS EXCHANGE S.A., in place of Mr. Sokratis Lazaridis.
