The Board of Directors of the company ZENON ROBOTICS & INFORMATICS S.A. announces that the trading of the 1,854,410 new common registered shares of the company will commence on the ATHEX on Wednesday, March 8, 2006. The new shares, which carry a par value of EUR 0.51 each resulted from the share capital increase of the company carried out in the form of a Rights' Issue.

Also, the ATHEX Board of Directors, during its session of 2/03/2006, approved the introduction for trading of the 1,854,410 new shares. The new shares, at the start date of trading, will be credited to the Shareholders' and Investors Accounts that are observed in the DSS.
