Following the recent changes in the share voting rights of the companies "FORTHNET S.A." and "NOTOS COM HOLDINGS S.A." and according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the FTSE/Athex Index Series (par. 4.4.) Athex announces the following changes.

• "FORTHNET S.A." will remain in all the FTSE/Athex Indices with an increased investability weight of 50% from 30%

• "NOTOS COM HOLDINGS S.A." will remain in all the FTSE/Athex Indices with a decreased investability weight of 30% from75%

The shares of the above companies are constituents of the following FTSE/Athex Index Series:

All changes will be effective from Thursday February 01, 2007.
