TERNA S.A. notifies about the issuance of a bond loan amounting to 20.000.000 euros for a term of five years, according to the provisions of Law 3156/2003 and Law 2190/1920, by virtue of the relevant decision of the A Repeat Assembly that took place on the 5th of July 2006. ALPHA BANK will be the Administrator Agent as well as the Original Subscriber. The proceeds of this particular bond loan, according to the relevant decision, will be used in restructuring of short-term loans and in the financing of projects abroad.
