Issuance of final credit cover for a €739 mln loan for "Ptolemais V" new lignite unit

Further to our previous announcement dated 23.09.13 regarding the signing of a € 739 mln Bond Loan with a syndicate of foreign banks to partially fund the Ptolemais V 660 MW lignite-fired unit, PPC informs that the final cover for the Loan was issued by the German Export Credit Agency Euler Hermes and all preconditions for utilisation from the Loan are fulfilled.
