On Tuesday, 24/12/2013, at 16:30, a fire broke out in the yogurt production plant, in Serres. There were no injuries. The fire caused serious damage to the production lines and also to the warehouses of finished products and raw materials.
The ice-cream production factory remained intact, with no effect on ice-cream production activity. The amount of the damage cannot be estimated yet.
The factory building, the machinery and inventory were fully insured.
