Lapse of the right to the dividend for fiscal year 2007

9 October 2013 - HELLENIC EXCHANGES informs investors that on 31.12.2013 the five year period, during which the dividend for fiscal year 2007 can be collected, expires. Following the above mentioned date, the rights to the dividend for fiscal year 2007 that have not been collected by investors, will lapse in favor of the Greek State, in accordance with the laws in effect.

Shareholders that have not received the dividend for fiscal year 2007 should contact the Investor Relations and Strategic Planning Department of the Company (tel. +30-210 3366616) in order to make arrangements to collect it as soon as possible.
