LESVOS SHIPPING S.A. announced today that it has filled officialy a claim against the company SEMT Pielstick (manufacturer of the engines of its three fast ships, namely, "AIOLOS EXPRESS", "AIOLOS EXPRESS II" & "AIOLOS KENTERIS").

It is noted that the aforesaid ships, since their first year of operation and up to today have presented serious breakdowns in their engines, which in turn created serious problems in the smooth operation of the company.

The said claim of LESVOS SHIPPING S.A. against SEMPT Pielstick amounts to EUR 89.75 million, plus an additional compensation for the slander of the company to its clients, associates and shareholders.
