Lift of Suspension of Trading of the shares of the Company DIVERSA S.A.b>

The President of the ATHEX Board of Directors, Mr. Socrates Lazaridis, decided the lift of suspension placed on the shares of the company DIVERSA S.A., as of October 03, 2012, since the company proceeded to the conduct and publication of the Annual Financial Statements for the period 01.07.2011 - 30.06.2012, and the reason of suspension of trading of the stocks does not exist.

The shares of the company are traded on the Alternative Market of ATHEX.
