The President of the ATHEX BoD, Spyros J. Capralos, in agreement with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, decided, following the announcement of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. that was published today, to lift the suspension of trading placed on the shares of the banks PIRAEUS BANK S.A., AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. & TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A.

The commencement of continuous trading for the shares of the aforementioned banks, as well as, for their derivatives, will be realised today 15/07/2010 at 13:45.

As of today 13:30, a 15-minutes period of call auction will take place until 13:45 precisely, when the auction for the opening price calculation will take place. Following this event, the trading of the shares will enter the continuous trading phase along with the rest of the shares of the 'Big Capitalization' Category.
