EGNATIA BANK S.A. announces that the Extraordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of its subsidiary ''Eurocambio - Foreign Exchange and Tourist Enterprises S.A.'' of 7 December 2006 decided its liquidation. Messrs. Emmanuel Poulakis of Peter, General Manager of the EGNATIA BANK and Margaritis Evangelakis of George, economist and employee of Eurocambio have been appointed as liquidators.
