INTRACOM HOLDINGS, according to the decision No. 82/07.03.2014 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investing community, that the commencement date for the new liquidation period of the remaining 145.979 Common Registered shares which were not submitted for dematerialization is Tuesday, April 1, 2014. The liquidation will be conducted according to the stipulations of the Decision No. 1/380/04.05.2006 of the HSMC Board of Directors and the relevant provisions of the Athex Regulation.

«EUROBANK EQUITIES S.A.» is the Athex member which will conduct the aforementioned liquidation process.

 The result of the liquidation will be announced to the shareholders within the framework of the applicable legislation (Law 3371/2005, art. 8).

The net proceeds from the liquidation will be deposited at the Deposits and Loans Fund on behalf of all the beneficiaries shareholders.
