The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Monday, December 15, 2025 of 3,631,510,801 new common registered shares, with new nominal value €0.22 per share of “EUROBANK S.A.” (ISIN:GRS829003003), following the completion of the merger by absorption of the ““EUROBANK ERGASIAS SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A”.
