Following the approval of the Prospectus by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Athens Stock Exchange, during today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved the listing of 4,905,537,031 common registered shares of “PIRAEUS BANK S.A.” (ISIN: GRS831003009) on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The commencement of trading will take place after the completion of the merger by absorption of the listed “PIRAEUS FINANCIAL HOLDINGS S.A.”, in accordance with §3.1.15.6 of the ATHEX Rulebook.
