The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Monday, December 8th, 2025, of the 850,000 new ordinary shares of “EKTER S.A.” (ISIN: GRS222213001), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
