The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Friday, July 4th, 2025, of the 177,500 new ordinary shares of “FAIS HOLDINGS S.A” (ISIN: GRS542003009), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
