The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Thursday, July 17th, 2025, of the 352,524 new ordinary shares of “LAVIPHARM S.A” (ISIN: GRS246003008), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
