The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Monday, September 1, 2025, of 13,998,756 new ordinary shares of “METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC” (ISIN: GB00BTQGS779), following the share capital increase, in the context of the exchange of an equal number of shares of “METLEN ENERGY & METALS  S.A.” , as a result of the squeeze-out process.
