The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Wednesday, June 18^th, 2025, of the 217,000 new ordinary shares of “ΜETLEN ENERGY & METALS S.A. ” (ISIN: GRS393503008), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
