The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Wednesday, November 26th, 2025, trading will commence for 133,000 new ordinary shares of “PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A” (ISIN: GRS505003004), following the share capital increase realized due to the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
