The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Monday, December 29th, 2025, of the 603,271 new ordinary shares of TRADE ESTATES REIC (ISIN: GRS534003009), following the share capital increase resulting from the capitalization of reserves, in the context of the establishment of a free share distribution scheme (stock award plan), in accordance with the provisions of Law 4548/2018, as in force.
