Listing of shares from conversion of Convertible Capital Securities and Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities

Bank of Cyprus announces that in accordance with the terms of issue of Convertible Capital Securities (“Capital Securities”) and Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities (“CECS”) holders of the securities exercised their right to convert the above securities to Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (“Bank of Cyprus”) shares as follows:

 

Convertible Capital Securities

During the conversion period 15 to 30 September 2011, shares totaling 1.366 have been issued from the conversion of Capital Securities to Bank of Cyprus shares at the conversion price of €4,24.

 

Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities

During the conversion period 1 to15 September 2011:

a)     14.963 shares were issued from the conversion of CECS in Euro to Bank of Cyprus shares at the conversion price of €3,30

b)    16.323 shares were issued from the conversion of CECS in US Dollars to Bank of Cyprus shares and the conversion price of €3,30. The principal amount in US Dollars was translated into Euros on 15 September 2011 at the fixed rate of €1:$1,3717.

 

Taking into account the above issue of shares, the total share capital of the Bank amounts to €899.173.181,00 comprising of 899.173.181 shares of nominal value of €1,00 each.
