Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) 
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, announced that on Monday, May 27th, 2019 the commencement of trading of 17,550,000 new common registered shares of «CARS MOTORCYCLES AND MARINE ENGINE TRADE AND IMPORT COMPANY S.A.» (ISIN:GRS488003005) will be implemented, as a result of the share capital increase through a rights issue.
The Athens Stock Exchange, following today's session of its Listings and Market Operation Committee, approved :
- the resignation of the market making license for the ATHEX member «EUROBANK EQUITIES INVESTMENT FIRM S.A.» on the stocks of the companies «ELLAKTOR S.A.» and «COCA-COLA HBC A.G.». The last date of market making obligations will be Monday, June 10th 2019.
- the resignation of «ARDU PRIME SECURITIES S.A», from Trading Member in the Cash and Derivatives Market of ATHEX on Friday, 24th May 2019.
- the resignation of the market making license for the ATHEX member «ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A.» on the stocks of the company «GR. SARANTIS S.A.». The last date of market making obligations will be Wednesday, June 19th 2019.
- The acquisition of a market making license for the ATHEX Member «LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES S.A.», for market making on the listed company «INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REIC» and set of the start date of its obligations on the aforementioned shares for Monday, June 03rd 2019.
