Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)

The Listings and Market Operation Committee of ATHEX, during today's session, approved:

  • The acquisition of a Market Making license for the ATHEX Member "EUROXX SECURITIES S.A.", on the shares of the listed company "AUTOHELLAS S.A." and set of the start date of its Market Making obligations on Monday, July 2nd 2018. At the end of the first year, the Market Making license is automatically renewed for an indefinite period, during which the Market Making may terminate, even without an important reason, after the lapse of a 30 day notification deadline.
  • The listing of up to 25,000 common bearer bonds of ‘B&F COMMERCIAL & GARMENT INDUSTRIES S.A.' (ISIN: GRC8171186B7) on the Fixed Income Securities Trading Segment of the Regulated Market of ATHEX, as a result of the forthcoming issue of a Common Corporate Bond Loan of up to €25,000,000, on condition that the company's prospectus will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the bonds' public offering will be successfully completed, according to the terms that will be specifically published by the issuer.
