LIVANI PUBLISHING ORGANIZATION S.A. announced today that on 7.11.2005, its BoD Members, who have been elected for a five year tenure by the Extraordinary Shareholders' General Meeting of 7.11.2005 convened and took the following resolutions:

1. The appointment of Mrs.Panayota Livani, as Chairman of the Board and Mr.Elias Livanis, as Vice-Chairman of the Board & C.E.O. of the company.

Consequently, the BoD of the company that will run the company until the next Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting (by 30 June, 2011, at the latest) is comprised of the following:
