According to the legal and regulatory provisions for the disclosure of "regulated information", COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces that it signed today a revolving credit facility with its 100% subsidiary, COSMOFON MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES AD Skopje (COSMOFON) of an amount up to 9 million Euro, with a five-year duration. The facility shall be used by COSMOFON for the payment, in October 2007, of an instalment of 5 million Euro of a loan received by OTE plc and for working capital purposes.
