Mrs.  Angeliki Voyatzi is Deputy Director of Issuer Support since June 2007. She has been working at Athens Exchange since August 1997, where she was successively Head of the Departments of a) Market Surveillance, b) Disclosure Requirements and c) Issuer Relations - services sector, commercial and financial companies. From April 2006 until June 2007 she acted as Director of Issuer Support.

She has participated in various important projects for the Group, such as the creation of the HERMES electronic communications system, the drafting of the first Rulebook of Athens Exchange and its subsequent modifications, the on-line monitoring of transactions, the upgrade of the Surveillance System et al.

Before joining the HELEX Group, she worked for 8 years in the banking sector.

She graduated with honors from the Economics Department of the University of Piraeus and has a post-graduate degree (M. Sc.) in Finance from the University of York in England where she was top of her class. She has an excellent knowledge of English and satisfactory knowledge of French.
