AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that its Board of Directors, as well as the Boards of Directors of its subsidiaries with company names “AGRICULTURAL CREDIT CARD ISSUING LIMITED COMPANY” (distinctive title “ATE CARDS S.A.”)  and “ATE SECURITIES INVESTMENT SERVICES LIMITED COMPANY” (distinctive title “ATE SECURITIES S.A.”), respectively, during their meetings held on Wednesday, 14 September 2011, approved the Draft Merger Agreement for the absorption of the two (2) abovementioned subsidiaries by the Bank, pursuant to articles 69-77 and 78 of Codified Law 2190/1920, article 16 of Law no. 2515/1997 and articles 1-5 of Law no. 2166/1993, as in force today.
