MERGER BETWEEN HELEX & ASYK

Within the framework of the HELEX Group operational reengineering, HELEX Board of Directors has decided the merger of the subsidiary non listed company "Systems Development and Support House of Capital Market" (ASYK) by HELEX, through absorption of the former by HELEX, according to articles 1-5 of Law 2196/1993, as well as articles 69-77 and 78 of Law 2190/1920. The date for the transformation Balance Sheet of the absorbed company ASYK is the 31st December 2003.
